Bhaven rab ey data jehrha sabhnan de naal rahenda ey; Pura satgur mil jaye jekar tan eh parda lehnda ey. Pal pal yaad karo is rab noon maan da bhanda choor karo; Simar simar ke ese rab noon chinta man di door karo. Sadh charan te rakh ke sir noon door dilon hankar karo; Lai avtar guru pag dhoorhi ag da sagar paar karo. |

Even though God, who is the great benevolent Lord, dwells with everybody; The curtain is removed only if we meet the perfect True Master. Remember this God every moment and thus shatter the shell of ego completely; Remember God constantly and get rid of all the anxieties of the mind. Placing your head at the holy feet of the True Saint, shed the pride from your heart; Avtar says, seek the dust of the holy feet of the True Master and transcend the fiery ocean of materialism. |
Meaning
Though the formless resides in everyone, only the blessed ones are enlightened to see Him when the True Master lifts the veil of ignorance. Remembering the formless at all times will break away all barriers of pride and ego. Through this remembrance all your worries will depart. By surrendering yourself at the holy feet of saints, the ego will be driven away. Avtar says seek the dust of True Master’s lotus feet to overcome this material world which is like an ocean of fire.
